Saturday 3 February 2024: Understanding the Repair and Maintenance of Traditional Buildings Workshop
We had an excellent day at Oxford Island with The Rock Stone Masonry Company, as they facilitated a workshop which expanded participants knowledge of traditional (vernacular) buildings, including materials, methods, faults – their triage, and how to make repairs.
This event was made possible thanks to funding from the DfC:Historic Environment Division’s Historic Revival Stream Fund.
