Mourneview Memories
Between Monday 20 February and Monday 3 April, living history enactor Rosemary Verner facilitated 6 craft sessions with a ladies group at the Mourneview Community House. The sessions were inspired by plantation era Lurgan and included knitting, spinning, weaving, sewing and sweetmaking. The sessions were used to trigger conversations and reminiscences about the ladies memories of Lurgan – lots of fun and craic (and sweets) were had!
