1-10 April 2023 George Russell Easter Festival
We were delighted to support the Lurgan & North Armagh George Russell Society’s seventh annual festival celebrating the life of the Lurgan born writer, artist, poet and journalist George AE Russell.
Over 10 days the festival included a parade, numerous talks by visiting academics from across Ireland and the United States, walking and bus tours, music workshops, a poetry night and even a birthday party for AE himself, who turned 156 years old on 10 April 2023.
